Surroundings were just as described; Nice, green and quiet. It is easy to get there from the train station, and Simon was easy to contact and very helpfull and nice. All factilties were free to use, and he made us feel like home. I went there with my girlfriend knowing that the bed was not very big, but I must say that the bed was smaller than I expected. I is simply a single bed and in my opinion :-)  not suitable for 2 persons in any way. Except for that it was a great place which I strongly recommend others.

Staying at Simons Place has been a real pleasure. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we felt super welcome. Simon is really friendly and helpful. It'll be hard for orher hosts to match this experience. Thanks for the pancakes and the fun conversations Simon. Hope to meet again in the future!

Simon was super friendly and a great host! After having spent some time in Copenhagen, Simon suggested some other places I could visit by train, from Birkerod. He made me and the other tenant feel completely welcome in his home - welcome to use the pool, the kitchen, etc. He even cooked us several meals! The room had a bathroom across the hall, which allowed for a measure of privacy too. All in all, I'm really glad I found Simon and his lovely home :).

Simon is a super friendly and accommodating host. He picked us up from and took us back to the nearby train station which we really appreciated and offered to take us to a supermarket. It cost us 130DK/pp for a 24h train ticket from central station. Simon's 1960s courtyard house is very spacious and has loads of character. I lost count of the number of chairs available to sit in! We stayed in a room

The bedroom is very good, the house is fantastic but the best of all is Simon himself a very kind and nice person, makes you really feel at home.
